1 tablespoon of dried red Hibiscus flower
250 ml of hot water
2 teaspoons of sugar
Take a teapot and put the dried red Hibiscus flower and the sugar in it, then pour in the hot water.
Let this steep for about 3 minutes, the tea will be red. Strain the tea through a sieve and pour it into one or two cups.
The Hibiscus tea can also be consumed cold.
