Pie
6 carrots (500 gram rasped)
6 eggs
100 gram raw cane sugar
80 gram meal (gluten free)
5 tablespoon of oil of olive
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
60 gram walnuts or almonds
100 gram raisins
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon vanilla
Beat the egg yolks together with the sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add the olive oil and salt and beat until smooth. Add the meal, cinnamon powder, walnuts or almonds and the raisins and beat it. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Clean and rasp the carrots. Add the rasped carrots immediately to the dough and beat it. Finally, add the stiffly beaten egg whites and beat until smooth. Place the dough in an oiled baking tin. Place it in the oven at 60 degrees Celsius. (depending on your oven). Bake the dough for about 1¼ hours. Check whether the pie is ready by inserting a sataystick into it. The stick must be dry. The pie is ready, let it cool and then it is ready to serve.
